Apparel/Embroidery Production Specialist

Job Summary
Oversee assigned business areas within The Shops vocational program, ensuring production work and services are completed timely per contract specifications. Research and recommend business enhancements and contract opportunities to drive program growth. Manage apparel and embroidery operations while demonstrating industry standards and equipment familiarity. Maintain valid driver's license and provide a portfolio of previous work. Requires two years of specialized apparel/embroidery experience and a high school diploma. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least two (2) years' professional experience in specialized area (Apparel/Embroidery)
- Either certification or proven work experience in their specialty area
- Must possess and maintain valid driver's license
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to provide a demonstration of their experience (pictures of previous work, etc.)
- Be familiar with equipment and industry standards

Desired Qualifications
