Job Summary
Apparel Designer to support denim-focused collections across multiple brands and retail channels. Collaborates closely with the Director to develop and execute seasonal apparel collections, manage washes and fits, create and maintain tech packs, coordinate with overseas factories on development timelines and approvals, review samples for wash, fit, construction, handfeel, and aesthetics, and organize development calendars and presentation materials. Candidates should have 5–7+ years of apparel product development experience (including denim), a strong understanding of washes and fabrications, proficiency with AI platforms, Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office, and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple parallel projects with independent initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of apparel product development experience including denim
- Strong understanding of washes, fits, fabrications, and garment construction
- Experience in creating tech packs and working directly with overseas factories
- Proficient in AI platforms, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
- Strong eye for trend, styling, details and elevated product execution
- Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong sense of ownership
- Experience in presenting decks and trend boards (preferred)
- Understanding of elevated and fashion-forward denim & non-denim markets (preferred)
- Experience reviewing wash developments and laundry submissions (preferred)
