Job Summary
Research consumer, fashion, retail, social media, pop-culture, and e-commerce trends to identify new product opportunities. Develop original licensed and non-licensed graphics and product concepts for DTC collections and launches, translating brand assets into fresh, consumer-relevant designs while maintaining standards. Partner with Merchandising, E-Commerce, Marketing, Licensing, and Product Development to align concepts with demand and bring products from concept through launch. Create production-ready artwork, maintain PLM system data, and review performance to inform future decisions. Collaborate across categories for coordinated storytelling and participate in design reviews and DTC planning discussions. Work Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., with additional hours as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in apparel, graphic design, product design, or a related consumer-product environment
- Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- InDesign proficiency
- Experience designing products for e-commerce or direct-to-consumer channels
- Experience working within a PLM system
- Portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design, trend interpretation, consumer relevance, and commercially viable product development
Desired Qualifications
- Experience designing licensed products
- Understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and materials
- Experience designing products for e-commerce or direct-to-consumer channels strongly preferred
- Experience working within a PLM system preferred
