Job Summary
Lead, mentor, and empower team members to improve efficiency, engagement, and retention while maintaining merchandising and operational standards. Be accountable for financial objectives and build diverse teams that foster inclusiveness and belonging. Resolve customer inquiries resourcefully and deliver positive service experiences. Work a variety of hours including days, evenings, and weekends, with the ability to move up to 50lbs during shifts. This role supports No Frills' commitment to sustainability and social impact across Canada, guiding the team to provide an excellent in-store experience for shoppers.
Required Qualifications
- Able to move up to 50lbs and in constant mobility for an entire shift
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours which may include days, evenings, and weekends
- Must be 18 years or older
- Candidate must complete a criminal background check
