Job Summary
APP Supervisor for NICU overseeing APP scope, education, certification and role utilization; development of APP metrics, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to cost-savings and revenue-generating practices within the care model. Delivers compassionate, safe pediatric care within Florida statutes and hospital policy; collaborates with Clinical Manager of Advanced Practice and Physician Chief of Department; requires Florida ARNP/PA licensure, national certifications, and 5+ years of APP experience; relocation assistance offered.
Required Qualifications
- Current Florida State Licensure as ARNP or PA
- Current BLS and PALS/NRP
- Clinical Master's or Doctorate Degree in Nursing or Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed APP is required
- Current National Certification as a: Pediatric Nurse Practitioner- Primary Care, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner-Acute Care, Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant
