Required Qualifications
- Board certified and credentialed as an Advanced Practice Nurse (PNP or FNP) or Physician Assistant in the State of New Jersey
- Requires both New Jersey and New York Licensure to remain current
- Obtain a New Jersey CDS and federal DEA certificate upon employment if not already covered
- Graduate of an accredited physician assistant program or accredited Nurse Practitioner program with Master’s in Nursing
- Current Certification from NCCPA or from ANCC/AANP
- Valid New Jersey license
- Cross-site coverage at Mount Sinai Hospital with travel to NYC at least weekly
- BCLS/PALS certification and EMR proficiency (Athena/Meditech and EPIC)
