Job Summary
Provide initial patient consultations, directing infertility evaluations and implementing treatment protocols. Obtain detailed medical histories, review records, and perform physical examinations alongside infertility-related services including ultrasonography, gynecological exams, endometrial biopsies, and laboratory interpretation. Collaborate with physicians to develop individualized treatment plans and learn procedures such as sonohysterograms, hysteroscopy, and intra-uterine insemination. Prepare patients for ART services, counsel on reproductive endocrine disorders, and supervise clinical staff while ensuring quality care.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered PA license in California
- Experience in IVF (fertility)
- Experience in women's health
- Experience in OBGYN
- Experience with ultrasounds / sonography
- Proficiency with EMRs
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
