Job Summary
Independently evaluate new and follow-up patients in the urology clinic, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities include patient education, triaging urgent cases, preparing preoperative history and physicals, and coordinating surgery scheduling. Assist with clinical procedures such as cystoscopy, maintain accurate medical records, and follow up on preoperative labs and urine cultures. Gather medical records and imaging, assist with clinical trials, and respond to patient inquiries while ensuring continuity of care. This role requires current Nurse Practitioner state licensure and AANP certification, with prior urology experience preferred. The position offers a starting base compensation of $120,000–$150,000 and includes generous retirement contributions, comprehensive medical/dental coverage, and paid malpractice insurance. Candidates must be a California resident.
