Job Summary
Physician Assistant needed to join Sinai Hospital’s Neurosurgery and Neurology teams. Responsibilities include providing clinical care to in-patient and emergency department patients, assisting with neurocritical care procedures (e.g., craniotomies, spinal surgeries, ICP monitoring, CSF drainage trials), and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver neurocare from intraoperative to postoperative settings. Maintain documentation per hospital policies and licensure requirements; engage in patient/family education and ongoing professional development. Role supports rotating shifts with premium nocturnist pay.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Maryland Physician Assistant License
- National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) certification
- American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications
