Job Summary
RN Practitioner or Physician Assistant sought to join a physician-facing organization at St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City, KS. Responsibilities include rapid assessment, nursing diagnosis, and collaboration with MD partners to ensure safe diagnostic testing and optimal care plans; perform advanced practice procedures; utilize the nursing process to promote and restore health; maintain personal accountability to the organizational mission and values. Requires Kansas license and board certification as an Advanced Practice Practitioner; prescriptive authority (or provisional authority, if applicable); BLS/ACLS may be required depending on practice setting. Pay range $39.58-$79.12 per hour; location Garden City, Kansas.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an Accredited School required
- Board certified as an Advanced Practice Practitioner in applicable population foci and/or sub-specialty
- Kansas License required
- Have Prescriptive Authority (RXN) or have Provisional Prescriptive Authority (RXN-P), if applicable for role with associated articulated plan
- BLS from the American Heart Association may be required depending on practice setting
- ACLS from the American Heart Association may be required depending on practice setting
