Job Summary
RN Practitioner or Physician Assistant sought to assume responsibility for rapid assessment and nursing diagnosis in collaboration with MD partners to ensure safe patient diagnostic testing and optimal plan of care. Role includes performing advanced practice procedures, utilizing the nursing process to promote and restore optimal health, and taking personal accountability for organizational mission and core values within a physician-facing organization. Requires licensure, board certification, prescriptive authority (or provisional), and experience in a clinical or advanced practice setting. Position located at St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City, Kansas, with pay range $39.58 - $79.12 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an Accredited School required
- Board certified as an Advanced Practice Practitioner in applicable population foci and/or sub-specialty
- Kansas License required
- BLS from the American Heart Association may be required depending on practice setting
- ACLS from the American Heart Association may be required depending on practice setting
- Have Prescriptive Authority (RXN) or have Provisional Prescriptive Authority (RXN-P), if applicable for role with associated articulated plan
