Job Summary
Conduct physical exams, order diagnostic imaging, and interpret lab results for pediatric otolaryngology patients in an ambulatory setting. Manage treatment plans and medication for children while assisting in operating rooms for both inpatient and ambulatory surgeries. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support emergency department calls and outpatient clinic rotations. Educate families on disease processes and treatment options within a Level II Pediatric Trauma Center environment.
Required Qualifications
- Washington State Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant license
- DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
- Licensure to practice in Washington State
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a licensed ARNP/PA in pediatric health care
- Experience in Pediatric Otolaryngology
