Job Summary
Emergency Medicine APP (PA/APRN) sought in Lisbon, ND to provide urgent care in a rural critical access hospital. Responsibilities include care for patients of all ages in the ER, ER consults, triage, rounding and admitting patients with complex conditions, coordinating inpatient care with a multidisciplinary team, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. Role involves 10 shifts per month; each 24-hour shift includes onsite patient care with 10-12 hours of direct care. Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) and relocation support up to $7,500. Base compensation of $216,000 plus incentives and comprehensive benefits (403b matching, medical/dental/vision, professional liability insurance, etc.). Emphasis on autonomy within a supportive team, rural community impact, and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Active PA or APRN license or eligibility
- Emergency Medicine experience preferred
- Ability to provide care across all ages (peds to geriatrics) in ER/inpatient settings
- Compliance with relevant licensure and professional standards
