Job Summary
Provide patients of all ages with general, surgical, and/or cosmetic care by examining, diagnosing, and informing them to determine dermatological treatments. Monitor and report on treatment progress while prescribing medication. Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere to enhance quality of service and care offered to patients. Maintain working knowledge and application of HIPAA & OSHA compliance. Group will offer extensive training in cosmetics if interested. Full-time employees work 30+ hours per week with flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active state license
- Masters Degree from an accredited program
- 1-2 years of Dermatology professional experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Flexible availability, including the ability to work evenings and weekends
- Working knowledge and application of HIPAA & OSHA compliance
- Deliver outstanding patient experiences with empathy and expertise
- Bring strong clinical judgment and a collaborative spirit
- Communicate clearly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and accountability
- Inspire others through mentorship and leadership (for those in management or training roles)
