Job Summary
Provide accurate, high-quality primary care including routine physical exams, Pap smears, and diagnosis of common medical conditions while managing urgent complaints and completing EMR documentation within 72 hours. See approximately 2–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins, and maintain clear communication with patients and staff. Directly manage a provider pod by offering clinical guidance, onboarding support, peer coaching, and performance management collaboration with HR. Partner with Practice Managers to align clinical and operational priorities, reinforce protocol adherence, and lead adoption of new workflows. Use quality and throughput data to support pod-level improvement and address provider concerns.
