Job Summary
Develop web applications using Adobe App Builder and React/Node.js to extend the Workfront platform, implementing scalable solutions and maintaining adjacent extensions. Support rapid experimentation by pressure testing business use cases, applying a fail-fast methodology to validate platform capabilities, and iterating based on stakeholder feedback. Partner with business teams to translate operational challenges into technical solutions, define customization guardrails, and prioritize enhancement requests. Maintain structured development practices for testing, documentation, and deployment while promoting scalable platform governance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience developing web applications
- Strong hands-on experience with React and Node.js
- Experience with Adobe App Builder or similar extension and extensibility frameworks
- Ability to build web application extensions within or adjacent to the Workfront platform
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
- Experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, experimental environment
- Location: Remote in Mexico
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion
- Adobe platform experience
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development experience
- Experience supporting marketing operations initiatives
- Experience with workflow automation and process optimization solutions
- Experience establishing governance practices and customization guardrails
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
