Job Summary
The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will establish preliminary diagnoses of physical abnormalities, recommend further testing and examinations, and maintain complete medical records. This role involves seeing patients for medical management, including reviewing histories, performing assessments, and managing medications. The APP will consult with the supervising physician, review labs and reports, and coordinate patient counseling and care, including scheduling procedures and referrals for urological interventions.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a nationally accredited and/or state approved PAC/CRNP educational program approved by the American Medical Association.
- Pennsylvania Certification as a PAC/CRNP.
- Credentialing - Competencies in accordance with current credentialing and/or competency requirements.
- Current BLS Healthcare Provider card.
