Job Summary
Conduct daily customer service with high volume, process complex inquiries for specialty preparations and imported medicines, and manage large-scale prescription review and coordination including remote home office operations. Organize home delivery to care facilities and private households, coordinate with nursing services and insurance providers, and perform medication checks to identify interactions and optimize dosing. Execute individual prescriptions adhering to GMP standards, support telemedicine consultations via video or phone, and manage e-commerce logistics and customer communication for national and international orders. Lead PTA/PKA staff in specialized areas and develop professional training programs. Work flexible hours Monday through Saturday with weekend availability required.
Required Qualifications
- Approbation als Apotheker/in (m/w/d)
- Sicherer Umgang mit Apotheken-EDV (Mauve / Lauer Fischer)
- Samstagsbereitschaft
- Zuverlässige Dienstplanung
- Eigeninitiative bei der Teilnahme an Fortbildungen und deren praktischer Anwendung
- Teamfähigkeit
- Bereitschaft, Verantwortung in Spezialprojekten zu übernehmen
