Job Summary
Lead the pharmacy in Järpen by strengthening team motivation, ensuring high-quality patient counseling, and managing the budget and results. Drive local partnerships with veterinarians and healthcare providers while overseeing staff, work environment, and scheduling for a team of pharmacists and technicians. Attract, recruit, and retain employees to meet operational goals within a stable team structure. Report to Pia Lyrén in a permanent role with a probationary period. The pharmacy operates 09:00–18:00 weekdays and is closed on weekends, serving a growing community with strong local ties to Åre and the surrounding area.
Required Qualifications
- Legitimerad receptarie eller apotekare
- Fullt ansvar för personal, arbetsmiljö och kvalitet
