Job Summary
Lead pharmacy operations at Nybro pharmacy, managing results, operational, personnel, and pharmaceutical matters while coaching staff to meet economic targets. Direct five pharmacists and two self-care counselors through daily motivation and development, ensuring a supportive work environment and inclusive culture. Collaborate with the regional team of 13 pharmacy heads to drive shared goals and support the pharmacy's unique model serving both retail customers and home care services. Open Monday through Saturday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM and 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM. This permanent role requires a licensed pharmacist, pharmacist, or pharmacy technician with leadership experience, offering a career path within Sweden's largest private pharmacy chain.
