Job Summary
Apollo Project Lead/Sales Specialist in Neuroscience based in Taichung, Taiwan. Responsible for achieving and sustaining territory sales by applying product knowledge, market insight, and structured selling approaches. Develop and execute sales plans after forecast approval, implement product strategies to meet sales goals, and maintain accurate territory records. Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, conduct regular customer contact, analyze market information, and collaborate with Sales Manager and Marketing Management to optimize plans. Participate in marketing activities, conferences, health talks, and trade displays, and ensure compliant execution of territory activities per AbbVie standards and Code of Conduct. Requires strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on neuro-related products and healthcare systems.
Required Qualifications
- B.A., B.S., or healthcare-related diploma/degree required
- Ability to understand the complexity of technology, clinical procedures, and administrative requirements
- At least 2 years of prior sales management experience preferred
- GP/ Clinics related experience is preferred
- Previous experience in Neurology, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Psychiatry preferred
- Strong business understanding and ability to anticipate future opportunities
- Persistence and resilience when facing obstacles
- Ability to build strong relationships across teams and external partners
- Agility and accountability to manage multiple tasks, including digital transformation, under aggressive timelines
- Strong selling skills, territory management, and execution capability
- Ability to work through ambiguity, uncertainty, and risk and make good decisions with incomplete information
- Leadership to own tough challenges and raise the bar
- Courage to speak up and manage conflict constructively
- Ability to connect ideas, generate original solutions, and support innovation
