Job Summary
Partner with business leaders to drive financial performance, support strategic decision-making, and ensure strong financial governance across the organization. Oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, compliance, and internal controls while collaborating with local, regional, and global stakeholders to influence key business decisions. Monitor business results, deliver financial analysis, and identify opportunities to reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency. Review capital expenditure investments, lead treasury and payroll activities, and strengthen internal controls to meet statutory requirements and SOX standards. Act as the key contact for external auditors and regulators while leading and developing a small finance team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 6-10 years experience in finance and accounting, including financial control, reporting, compliance, and business partnering
- Experience working in a multinational manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of financial reporting standards, local statutory requirements, internal controls, US GAAP, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data and translate findings into business actions
- Experience in product costing, budgeting, CAPEX evaluation, and financial performance management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions across multiple levels of the organization
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for driving business performance through finance
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead, coach, and develop teams while driving accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
