Job Summary
Office-based Assistant Project Manager supporting senior PMs on mid-market commercial interior renovations in the NYC metro; responsibilities include managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders via Procore; drafting correspondence with architects, owners, and subcontractors; coordinating project documentation, logs, and schedules; assisting with AIA G702/G703 pay applications; supporting NYC DOB compliance and landlord/tenant work letter management. Requirements include 2–5 years of APM/Project Engineer experience in a commercial GC/CM environment in NYC, Procore proficiency, and a background in commercial interiors/tenant improvements; Bachelor's degree preferred (CM, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related); strong written and verbal communication.
