Job Summary
Provide initial support, handle severity issues, and manage customer relationships for Sabre Web Services developers, representatives, and internal employees. Validate XML files and schemas, reproduce customer scenarios to troubleshoot web services problems, and investigate non-conforming SOAP & REST APIs to provide recommendations or liaise with internal teams. Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, problems, requests, and enhancement needs related to API consumption. Availability includes weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to absorb knowledge easily over a short period of time
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Experience in Programming, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
- Knowledge of web development/online programming languages
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Desire to work in a strategic problem-solving and customer support role
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of technical languages as XML, SOAP, REST or HTML
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documents and user guides
- Domain knowledge in travel distribution/agency operations
