Job Summary
Performs apheresis collection, venipunctures, donor screening, and post-venipuncture care; administers donor information, mini-physical exams, and monitors donor reactions; operates and maintains apheresis equipment; adheres to FDA/OSHA/AABB regulations and cGMP/cGTP; participates in setup/restocking and quality practices; may drive a company vehicle. Requires prior LifeShare service or phlebotomy experience; interacts with donors and staff to ensure safety and quality of the donation process.
Required Qualifications
- Must have completed 6 months of service with LifeShare and successfully completed training on automated collections equipment; or at least 1 year of prior phlebotomy experience.
