Job Summary
Apex at Seven Server — provide courteous food and beverage service in the hotel restaurant, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and handling payments while maintaining safety and quality per hotel and brand standards. Primary duties include serving guests, assisting with restaurant area and equipment, and communicating with management and staff. Requires at least 1 year of public-facing hospitality experience, 21+ to serve alcohol, ServSafe/food safety training, alcohol-awareness training (TIPS), and high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred). Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; flexible schedule including weekends/holidays. Knowledge of local activities for guests is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar position dealing with the public.
- Minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
- High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
- ServSafe and/or food safety training.
- Alcohol awareness training (such as TIPS).
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
