Job Summary
Under the direction of the Chief of Internal Medicine and Family Medicine, this role holds full responsibility for delivering professional medical services to a panel of patients in an ambulatory care setting. Key responsibilities include performing examinations, managing treatment plans, and ensuring continuity of care through collaboration with healthcare team members. The candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and patient-centered care while utilizing electronic medical records. A Master’s degree and national certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant are required, along with a minimum of 2 years of primary care experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a state-approved Program for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Possess national certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Must possess and maintain or be eligible for Mass DPH Controlled Substances registration and DEA registration
