Job Summary
Weekend LPN providing patient-centered nursing care: conducts and documents assessments, contributes to health history and admission processes, identifies discharge planning and education needs, performs nursing interventions under licensed supervision, collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to implement an integrated care plan, assigns/delegates appropriate nursing tasks, monitors patient status and communicates updates to patients, families, and team members, and participates in education and ongoing care planning consistent with department standards.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking)
- Driver's License with acceptable driving record
- Valid/nominative nursing license prior to start (ND BON or compact state)
