Job Summary
Apartment Turnover Renovator responsible for preparing rental units across Central PA for new tenants by performing turnover repairs, upgrades, deep cleaning, and preventative maintenance to restore units to move-in-ready condition. Responsibilities include examining daily schedules, gathering materials, driving between properties, performing carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks, diagnosing issues, completing work orders to company standards, ensuring safety, managing materials within spending authority, and contributing operational improvements. Requires carpentry experience, ability to read a measuring tape, strong time management, excellent communication, adaptability, basic math and computer skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50-100 pounds; comfortable working in varying weather and traveling between job sites.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years experience in a similar role minimum
- Carpentry experience
- Must be able to read a measuring tape
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC is a plus
- 5 Years Experience in similar role minimum / Not self employed
