Job Summary
As an Apartment Turn Technician, you will manage apartment turnovers and support rental properties with furnishing and guest assistance for a billion-dollar startup in corporate housing.
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable performing basic handyman tasks (furniture assembly, minor repairs, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move items over 30 lbs regularly
- Driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
- Available to work Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and two additional weekdays of your choosing (5 days total per week)
Desired Qualifications
