Job Summary
Conduct residential and commercial pest prevention, termite protection, landscape, and irrigation services for over 800,000 customers across Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, and Oklahoma. Compare and evaluate customer service solutions to recommend customized service plans that best meet their needs. Provide accurate and timely completion of required paperwork while maintaining strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure a positive overall customer experience. This role supports Massey Services' commitment to environmentally responsible and superior service within a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
- Background checks completed on all candidates considered for hire
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a Strong communicator
- Adept to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to provide accurate & timely completion of required paperwork
- Must be able to compare and evaluate possible customer service solutions and recommend a customized service plan that best meet their needs
