Job Summary
Apartment Service Technician responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the building and grounds, through routine procedures and special work orders, and for transporting residents on regularly scheduled trips and special events. Duties include responding to and completing resident work orders to ensure quality of service, preparing apartments for move-in, performing general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, equipment repair), snow removal and landscaping, following emergency and safety plans, responding to emergencies and accidents, reporting mechanical needs and coordinating vehicle maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations), and assisting with resident daily activities as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a Maintenance role required
- HVAC Certified / EPA certified
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
