Job Summary
Perform maintenance and repair tasks across properties, follow company SOPs, and schedule routine, seasonal, and preventative maintenance. Maintain high standards of tenant-maintenance relations, assist district and property managers with tenant complaints, respond promptly to maintenance needs and emergencies, travel between properties as needed (travel stipend provided), prepare and submit reports and documents in a timely fashion, and maintain maintenance-related records. Requires a valid class C driver’s license and vehicle insurance; compensation starts at $27/hour (hourly, on-site).
Required Qualifications
- Must have and keep a valid class C Operator's License (standard non-commercial driver's license)
- Vehicle must be insured with minimum auto liability limits of $100,000/$300,000/$50,000
- Background checks (Credit, Criminal, Immigration) required
