Job Summary
Maintenance operations lead for a Build-to-Rent multifamily community: diagnose and perform routine maintenance and repairs, complete resident service requests, conduct daily inspections of building, grounds, and common areas, oversee make-ready inspections and unit turnover, coordinate vendors and contractors, ensure compliance with OSHA, health codes, and safety requirements, manage preventative maintenance programs, provide after-hours emergency maintenance as needed, and deliver exceptional customer service while fostering positive resident relations. Strong leadership, vendor coordination, budgeting and record-keeping, and a commitment to safety and resident satisfaction are essential; role involves travel between job sites and ongoing collaboration with the Community Manager and Regional Manager.
Required Qualifications
- EPA Certification
- CPO Certification
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable vehicle for transporting tools and equipment to job sites
- Proof of automobile liability insurance
- Ability to be bonded
