Job Summary
Oversee property operations for a workforce-housing community in Madison, WI. Lead leasing, resident relations, marketing, budgeting, accounts receivable/payable, vendor relations, recruitment, and team development. Ensure on-site operations, move-in/move-out inspections, delinquencies handling, market surveys, and utilization of market data to drive property success. Manage policy communications, conduct regular team meetings, supervise and develop staff, and provide hands-on leadership to guarantee high-quality resident service and property performance. Responsibilities include orienting new team members, maintaining professional relationships with residents and vendors, and performing other duties to achieve operational goals. Applies knowledge of Section 42 programs and demonstrates strong organizational and analytical skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Chrome. Required Qualifications
- Must have extensive knowledge in Section 42 workforce housing programs
- Two to four years related experience or equivalent
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Chrome
- Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
- Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
- Ability to direct and recommend cost-effective creative solutions
