Oversee daily operations at two residential communities, managing leasing, rent collection, and resident relations while supervising onsite staff, vendors, and maintenance contractors. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including fair housing laws, and prepare budgets, financial reports, and occupancy goals. Handle resident concerns, coordinate timely repairs, and conduct regular inspections to maintain property standards. Support marketing and resident retention strategies. Requires 1+ years of property management experience, proficiency in software like AppFolio, and strong knowledge of HUD regulations. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
