Seeking an experienced Apartment Property Manager to oversee daily operations of an apartment complex, manage leasing activities, handle tenant inquiries, and ensure compliance with property rules.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is REQUIRED
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Excellent customer relationship management skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants and address their needs
- Knowledge of facilities management and basic property maintenance procedures
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping, report generation, and lease agreement enforcement
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to rental properties
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite
- Strong phone etiquette when interacting with tenants or prospective tenants
