Job Summary
Experienced hands-on Apartment Property Manager needed to oversee a 156-unit conventional community in Houston. Lead and develop onsite team through coaching and performance management; drive leasing performance with strong sales and marketing strategies; manage rent collection and operating expenses; conduct routine property inspections and ensure documentation/compliance with procedures; deliver exceptional customer service and uphold community standards. Ideal candidate has strong leadership, budgeting, financial acumen, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Must live within 20 miles of the property or be willing to relocate; valid driver’s license required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 Years Previous Apartment Manager experience REQUIRED (including supervising onsite staff)
- Experience managing conventional communities of 200+ units
- Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation
