Job Summary
Oversee daily operations for a 392-unit conventional community by leading onsite staff through coaching, training, and performance management. Manage rent collection, address delinquencies, monitor operating expenses, and report key financial and occupancy metrics. Investigate resident concerns, disturbances, and policy violations while driving leasing performance through sales and marketing strategies. Conduct routine property inspections, ensure accurate documentation, and uphold community standards. Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or relocate, with a minimum of two years of apartment management experience including supervising onsite teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 Years Previous Apartment Manager experience REQUIRED (including supervising onsite staff)
- Stable work history
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance-management abilities
- Proven sales, marketing, and customer service skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing conventional communities of 200+ units
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
