Job Summary
Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris by picking up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces. Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas while maintaining dumpster and trash areas. Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed and report any maintenance or safety concerns to management. Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents. Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs. Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred, along with basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.
