Job Summary
Groundskeeper/Apartment Porter at Lyon Living's Fullerton property. Responsible for maintaining high property appearance and delivering excellent resident service through cleaning, janitorial duties, interior and exterior preparation for occupancy, and ensuring safety practices. Duties include cleaning common areas, trash/compactor servicing, organizing storage areas, light fixture/window/laundry-room cleaning, assisting with snow removal, attending monthly safety meetings, and maintaining supplies.
