Apartment Make-Ready

Turn vacant apartments into move-in ready units through minor repairs and maintenance, perform duties to prepare units for new residents, and maintain the property grounds and common areas. Responsibilities include completing a duties checklist, walking the grounds, picking up trash and debris, performing additional tasks assigned by the Community Manager or Service Supervisor, and being on-call on a rotating basis. Must be able to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer-service oriented environment; weekends required as circumstances warrant; on-call every other week. Requires ability to follow verbal and written instructions and a valid Texas driver’s license.
