Apartment Make Ready Technician - Ville De Sante

Maintain the physical condition and appearance of the community by performing minor and routine maintenance/repairs. Provide exceptional customer service to residents while managing grounds duties. Requires grounds/maintenance experience, ability to work independently, and tolerance for all extremes of hot and cold weather.
