Apartment Make Ready Technician - The Oaks at Lakeview

Maintain the physical condition and appearance of the community by performing minor and routine maintenance/repairs. Provide exceptional customer service to residents while managing grounds duties at The Oaks at Lakeview apartment community in Ralston, NE. This role requires grounds/maintenance experience, the ability to work independently, and tolerance for all extremes of hot and cold weather. Pay is up to $21.00 an hour based on experience, certifications, skills, and education.
