The Apartment Make Ready Technician is responsible for general maintenance and repair tasks to ensure apartments and property facilities are in good working order. Key responsibilities include preparing vacant apartment homes for new residents through painting, pressure washing, grounds keeping, and performing basic maintenance tasks. A minimum of six months of experience in multifamily property management or similar roles is required.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to work in outdoor environments exposed to adverse weather conditions
