The Apartment Make Ready Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance and repair to ensure apartment homes and other property facilities are in good working order. This includes preparing apartment homes for move-in, which entails painting, pressure washing, grounds keeping, and basic maintenance tasks. Ideal candidates should have the ability to work outdoors and manage deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Six (6) months of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, general labor, and/or mechanical repair
