Job Summary
Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements. Maintain snow removal, cleaning, and maintenance of grounds, including common areas, while keeping the property free of trash and debris. Clean breezeways, stairwells, and shared spaces; maintain dumpster areas; and assist the maintenance team with light tasks as needed. Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management. Occasional lifting of 50lbs is required. Required Qualifications
- Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
