Job Summary
Prepare vacant apartments for market readiness through turnover repairs and improvements; maintain grounds and common areas including snow removal and cleaning; provide residents with outstanding customer service; perform trash pickup and cleaning duties across the property; assist maintenance with light tasks; report maintenance or safety concerns to management; ensure the community is neat and welcoming for residents.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
- General labor, porter, warehouse, housekeeping or landscaping experience preferred
