Apartment Make Ready / Porter

Make Ready / Porter responsible for keeping the property clean and free of trash, picking up debris around buildings and common areas, cleaning breezeways and stairwells, maintaining dumpster areas, assisting the maintenance team with light tasks, reporting maintenance or safety concerns to management, helping keep the community neat and welcoming for residents, and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed. Prior maintenance or custodial experience is preferred; strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions are important, along with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
