Job Summary
Maintenance Trainee will learn to diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry issues, and will perform grounds upkeep using a gas blower, power washer, and basic power tools. The role is based at Aspen Village Apartments in Cincinnati, OH, with training in apartment-maintenance tasks within the community.
